a. SHIELD Program
After processing your complete payment, you will be granted access to the Shield Program for 77 days (11 weeks.) Your log in credentials will be shared securely to the registered email address.
b. Personal Nutrition Coaching Program & Wellness Consults
Once the complete payment is received, you will be able to view and book a slot based on mutual availability. However, please note that appointments may not be available immediately after your purchase and the typical wait time is 6-8 business days. The program starts from the date of the initial consult of these ‘Services’, not on the day of payment.
‘Content’ will then be shared with you via secure email within 1 to 3 business days (any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays within India) from the date of your initial consult.
C. The UnDiet Program & Beyond Sugar Experiment
‘Content’ for the UnDiet program and Beyond Sugar Challenge will be shared within 1 to 7 business days via secure email, from the date of the transaction.
We know you are excited to receive your ‘Content’ and we will work to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Definitions:

- Content: Includes but is not limited to text, graphics, nutrition plans, workout plans, articles, web applications, PDF’s, images, software, video, concepts, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials appearing on or originating to and/or from our ‘Platform’. This Content is owned and controlled by Burgers To Beasts, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
- Terms: These ‘Terms’ create a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your” or “user(s)”, or "Client,") a user of the ‘Platform’ and Burgers To Beasts, a proprietorship, (which we may refer to as “Burgers To Beasts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the ‘Platform’.
