Ingredients

2 tbsp. unsweetened almond butter

1 glass of water

Optional - 1 date, pitted

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, blend the almond butter, water, and date (if using)
  2. Blend for 45 seconds. 
  3. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate.
