Ingredients

2 cups water

2 bags black tea 

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup unsweetened oat milk/almond milk

Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. 
  2. Remove from heat and add the tea bags, cardamom, and ginger. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the oat milk over medium heat.
  4. Strain tea into two cups. Top with the hot oat milk, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Notes:

Most store-bought milks contain Sunflower Lecithin, added sugars, and other mystery ingredients!
