Ingredients

2 scoops collagen peptides

1 cup unsweetened coconut water

½ medium banana

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

½ cup frozen spinach leaves, destemmed

 

 

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Add water, if needed, for desired consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy.
