Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Over a medium flame, melt the coconut oil in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder and sweetener of choice. Avoid leaving any lumps and remove the pan from the heat.
Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture evenly onto the baking paper.
Freeze the baking tray for 3-5 minutes, until it starts to set, but is still soft.
Remove the baking tray, add the toppings of your choice and freeze again for 15-20 minutes.
Once set, break it into shards (they don't have to be regular). For the best texture, enjoy it straight from the freezer.
