Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Almond/Coconut milk
  2. ½ -1 scoop Whey Protein
  3. 3 tablespoons chia seed

Instructions

Add milk, & Whey vanilla protein powder to a sealable container.

Seal container and shake until thoroughly mixed.

Add chia seeds. Seal container again and shake until mixed.

Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow pudding to set. Or overnight.
