Acai Bowl

  1. 1 cup berries
  2. 1 frozen sliced bananas
  3. 2 tablespoons acai powder
  4. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  5. 1 tablespoons nut butter 
  6. 2 tbsp. Seeds/Other toppings


Add the fruits, acai powder, almond milk and nut butter to a blender. Blend until creamy. Aim for a frozen-yogurt consistency.

Spoon the acai mixture into bowls and top with more fruit and seeds, and your favourite toppings
