Ingredients

⅔ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter or peanut butter

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup dairy-free milk of choice 

1 cup berries/banana, or any fruit of choice

12-15 almonds/walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a resealable jar or bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, nut butter, and cinnamon. Add a splash of the milk and mix everything together, working the nut butter into the oats as much as possible. Add the rest of the milk and stir to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl or place the lid on the jar and refrigerate, up to 4 days. When ready to serve, mix in the fruit, garnish with the nuts and serve.
