Press the tofu under a cloth with a heavy object to drain the excess water for 10 minutes
Scramble the block with a fork
In a small bowl mix the spices with a little water to form a thin sauce
Meanwhile heat 1 tbsp. Cooking Fat (I used Ghee)
Saute the onions and garlic for 2 minutes
Add in the scrambled tofu and sauce
Cook for 5-6 minutes and serve with vegetables (I used Coleslaw)
