  1. 1 cup blueberries
  2. 2 tbsp Stevia
  3. Juice from 1/2 lemon


  1. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, lemon juice, and Stevia.
  2. Cook on high heat until blueberries start breaking down to a liquid.
  3. Transfer to an airtight jar, once cooled refrigerate.
