  1. Espresso shot
  2. 1 cup low-fat milk/almond milk (paleo)
  3. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 2 tablespoons honey


In a small bowl, combine equal parts warm water and unsweetened cocoa powder.

Stir until it forms a consistant syrup.

Pour 2 Tbsp. of the syrup into a cup. 

Add a shot of espresso to the cup. Add the honey.

Fill the rest of your cup with steamed milk.
