1. Grind together cardamom, cinnamon stick, pepper with mortar and pestle.
2. Bring the water to a boil and add in the spiced mixture along with grated ginger. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. Now add in the milk and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Finally add the tea and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes-depending on how strong you'd like the tea,
4. Sweeten to taste and serve.
