Oat Dosa (Indian Crepe)

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup oats 
  2. ½ cup rice flour 
  3. Salt as needed
  4. 2 small green chili chopped
  5. ½ tsp. cumin
  6. 2 tbsps onions chopped
  7. 1 sprig curry leaves chopped
  8. ½ tsp. crushed or minced ginger
  9. ¼ cup low fat curd
  10. 1 ¼ to 1½ cups water
  11. Oil as needed

Instructions

  1. Add the oats to a blender. Blend until a fine powder is formed.
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the cumin, salt and rice flour.
  3. Now mix in the chopped onions, coriander, curry leaves, ginger and green chillies.
  4. Add yogurt and water. Mix until a smooth batter is formed.
  5. Grease your iron griddle and slowly begin to pour the batter, avoid manually spreading it.
  6. Let it cook until the edges ares crisp. Lift & flip.
