Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp. Almonds
  2. 1 tbsp. Sunflower Seeds, without salt
  3. 1/2 tsp. of Coconut Oil
  4. 1 tsp. of coconut flakes
  5. 1 tsp. Honey
  6. 1/2 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
  7. 1 tsp. Flax Seed Meal 
  8. 1 tsp. Raisins
  9. 1 tsp. Dried Cherries
  10. Vanilla extract
  11. Nutmeg
  12. Cinnamon
  13. Salt

Instructions

  1. Roast the nuts and seeds slightly for about 10 minutes, don't let them burn.
  2. Add in the honey, combine well with your hands.
  3. Let the mixture cool and store in an air tight container or serve fresh!
