Paleo Iced Tea Latte

4 cups cold water

2 tbsp black tea

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

400 ml unsweetened almond milk


In a large saucepan, boil water. Add the tea leaves and let it steep for 5 minutes. Then strain and remove the tea leaves.

Add the coconut sugar and let it dissolve. Refrigerate for a stronger taste.

Once tea is chilled, prepare serving glasses with ice. Fill with tea until 1/2 full, then top with almond milk. Stir gently and enjoy.
