Ingredients

  1. 100 g Greek Yoghurt (Unflavoured)
  2. 100 g Greek Yoghurt Unflavoured + 1/2 cup Fruit
  3. 1/2 cup Berries
  4. 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  5. 1/8th cup Mixed Nuts, Chopped
  6. Optional: Roasted Oats

Instructions

Blend 1/2 the Greek Yoghurt with fruit of choice

In a large bowl, layer the bleneded and unflavoured greek yoghurt

Top with berries, seeds and nuts/nut butter
