Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

1 scoop chocolate whey protein

1/2 cup coconut milk

½ cup water

1 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter

Optional - banana, dark chocolate squares, nuts

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, cook the oats in coconut milk and water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Once thick, mix in the whey and transfer into a serving bowl.
  3. Top with peanut butter, banana, and or dark chocolate squares and serve.
