  1. 1 cup black coffee 
  2. Ice cubes
  3. 1/2 cup coconut cream/milk
  4. 1 tbsp of honey 
  5. A pinch of cinnamon


Place all of the ingredients other than the ice into a blender.Then pour the drink over the ice in your glass. Pinch a little cinnamon on top and serve.

Add some protein powder to the blend if you wish to up the protein content.
