  1. 3 large Overripe Bananas, mashed
  2. 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  3. 1/4th cup Dark Chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 350 F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray, butter or ococonut il and set aside.

In a bowl, add your mashed bananas and cocoa powder and mix well until a thick, batter remains. Stir through chocolate chips, if desired, and pour into the greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm on top. 

If you wish you could add a layer of melted dark chocolate squares and coconut flakes on top.
