  1. 1/4 cup Oats
  2. 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
  3. 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  4. 1/4 cup slivered Almonds
  5. 1/8 cup dried Cranberries
  6. 2 scoops Protein Powder
  7. 1/3 cup Honey
  8. 3 tbsp Coconut Sugar


In a bowl, combine oats, seeds, nuts, cranberries, and protein powder.

Heat honey and coconut sugar in a pan until it starts bubbling. Stir in the seed mixture until well-coated.

Pour mixture onto a sheet of parchment lightly greased with non-stick spray. Cover with another sheet of coated parchment paper.

Press mixture together.

Let sit for 30 minutes, remove paper, and cut into squares.
