Combine the protein powder and coconut flour. Set aside
In a microwave safe bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 s. Mix well
Mix the wet and dry ingredients. Add a little milk
Optional – Add a few dark chocolate chips
Form a thick dough and set aside for 15 minutes
Divide the dough into roughly 9 balls
Place them on a baking sheet and press to form cookies
Bake at 160 C for 10 minutes
