Creamy Coconut Fudge-sicles

Ingredients

  1. 350 g coconut milk
  2. ⅓rd cup dark cocoa
  3. 2 tablespoons honey 
  4. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  5. pinch of salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients in the blender for 60 seconds.

Taste, and adjust sweetening if needed.

Divide the mixture evenly in popsicle molds, and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
