Fig & Walnut Parfait

Ingredients

  1. 2 ripe figs, cut into chunks
  2. 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  3. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1 tbsp. Honey

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C.

2. Chop the figs into quarters place themalong with the chopped walnuts on a baking tray.

3. Roast the walnuts for 5 to 6 minutes and the figs for 15 minutes or until soft. Remove figs from the oven and allow them to cool

4. Add yogurt to a glass/bowl, followed by a layer of roasted figs and walnuts plus a drizzle of honey. Optionally top with sliced bananas
