Green Tea Bliss Balls

  1. 1/2 cup pitted dates
  2. 1/2 cup almonds/walnuts
  3. 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  4. 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  5. Desiccated coconut (optional)


Soak the deseeded dates in hot water for 15 minutes .

Drain the dates and add them with the rest of the ingredients to your blender.

Process for 2-3 minutes, stopping and scraping down the sides in between.

Roll mixture into balls, coating them in the coconut. Refrigerate
