1. Heat the 2 cups milk of choice in a pan with the salt, cocoa powder, and stevia/dates.
2. Simultaneously, mix the cornstarch and 1/2 cup milk in a small bowl until dissolved.
3. Now add the cornstarch mixture to the milk mixture and bring to a boil. Stir constantly for 2 minutes.
4. Then turn off the heat and add in the vanilla extract. Transfer to a bowl and let it refrigerate until thick
