Keto Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  1. 6 tbsp. Coconut Flour
  2. 60 g Dark Chocolate (75% Cocoa)
  3. 3 Whole Eggs
  4. 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  5. 4 tbsp. Stevia 
  6. A pinch of Sea Salt
  7. 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  8. 4 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  9. 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  10. Walnuts, optional

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 C.

2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate, butter and coconut oil. Heat for 30 seconds and mix well. Let it cool.

3. In a seperate bowl - whisk together the eggs, stevia, salt and vanilla extract for 2 whole minutes - using an electric mixer.

4. Add in the chocolate mixture.

5. Finally, sift in the coconut flour and baking powder. Combine to form a thick batter.

6. Prepare a square baking pan and add the mixture.

7. Bake for 16-20 minutes.

8. Top with walnuts/unsweetened nut butter and serve!
