Melon Granita

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups watermelon, seeds removed
  2. 2 tbsp Stevia 
  3. Juice from ½ lime
  4. Mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into a deep dish. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  2. When hardened, scrape top with a fork a place shavings into dishes to serve.
  3. Garnish with mint and serve.
