  1. 1.5 cups Walnuts/Almonds
  2. 50 g shredded coconut
  3. 1/4th cup Almond Butter
  4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  6. 2 tablespoons flax meal/ground flax seeds
  7. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  8. 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened


In the bowl of a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except for the coconut. Pulse for about 1-2 minutes, until the mixture starts to break down

Use a tablespoon scoop to divide the mixture into equal pieces. Use your hands to roll into balls and place on a plate.

Coat with dessicated coconut

Store in an airtight container in the fridge
