Paleo Power Brownies

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Almonds, ground
  2. 1/2 cup coconut oil
  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1/2 cup coconut milk/almond milk
  6. 2 tbsp honey/sweetener of choice
  7. 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. Place the coconut oil, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a bowl and combine well. 
  3. Add the milk, honey, egg and almond meal and mix until well combined.
  4. Line a small tin with baking paper. Place the brownie mixture into the tin. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
  5. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
