Yogurt Parfait

  1. 1 cup sliced fresh fruit of choice
  2. 1 teaspoon coconut sugar                                           
  3. 1 cup unflavoured Greek yogurt
  4. 1/4 cup granola


Combine fruit and sugar in a small bowl and let stand until the berries start to release juices.

To assemble parfait, layer yogurt and the fruit with their juice in a container.

Top with granola or nuts and oilseeds.
