  1. 200 ml Skim milk
  2. 1 Packet Stevia
  3. 1/2 Apple grated
  4. 1/2 tsp. Cardamom powder


  1. Bring the milk to boil in a heavy bottomed pan.
  2. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer it for 10 more minutes till it gets reduced to 3/4th of its orignal quantity.
  3. Now add the grated apple and cardamom powder and simmer it for another 10 minutes. Stir in stevia.
  4. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Garnish with nuts and serve.
