  1. Carrots, raw, 4 cups, grated 
  2. Cardamom, ground, 1 tbsp 
  3. Almond Milk, Original, 6 cups
  4. Raisins, 1 cup 
  5. 3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  6. 1 tsp. Stevia


  1. Place the grated carrots and butter in a heavy microwavable dish and keep it in high for few minutes.
  2. Now add almond milk, raisins, splenda and cardamom powder to the bowl and cook on a stove till the carrots until done and all the milk is absorbed.
