Sugar-Free Sandesh

  1. 2 litres skimmed milk     
  2. 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice                                        
  3. 2 tsp. Sugar substitute                                         
  4. Rose essence 


  1. Take a Pan. Heat milk and when it starts boiling add lemon. Stir continuously till it curdles completely.
  2. Now, drain this into a fine muslin cloth and wring it, to squeeze out the excess water from the paneer.
  3. Open the cloth and mash the paneer gently.
  4. Remove the paneer and rub it in the sugar substitute.
  5. Add the rose essence. Knead well.
  6. Take a portion of the paneer and make it to a round shape.
  7. Now press this rounds on the sandesh moulds and shape well.
  8. Garnish with rose petals.
  9. Remove from the moulds and store refrigerated.
  10. Serve chilled.
