Warm Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup Rolled Oats
  2. 1 cup Coconut Milk
  3. ½ cup Water
  4. 1 scoop Whey Protein
  5. 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
  6. Optional – Banana, Dark Chocolate Squares

Instructions

Cook the oats in water and coconut milk for 3 minutes

Once slightly thick – mix in the peanut butter and whey

Top with fruit / nuts and seeds

Serve hot
