Chai Spiced Latte

Ingredients

  1. 1 1⁄2 cups water
  2. 4 cardamom pods, slit/1 tsp. Ground Cardamom
  3. 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
  4. 1 pinch nutmeg
  5. 1 clove
  6. 2 cups brewed coffee
  7. 1 cup milk of choice
  8. Stevia, to taste

Instructions

1. Bring water to a boil.

2. Stir in the spices, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

3. Stir in the brewed coffee/instant coffee

4. Meanwhile, separately boil the milk

5. Add the spiced water to the milk

6. Add sweetener, stir, and serve.
