Immunity Smoothie

  1. 2 kiwis
  2. 1 cup strawberries
  3. 3/4th cup plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1/2 cup full-fat milk
  5. 1 tsp. honey, optional (Skip for paleo)


Peel the kiwis and cut them into smaller chunks.

Put the kiwi, strawberries, yogurt, milk and honey into a blender container. 

Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve with ice.
