Lean Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 ripe avocado
  2. 2 medium ripe bananas, 
  3. 1 cup fresh berries 
  4. 2 large handfuls spinach
  5. 1 small handful kale, destemmed
  6. 1 1/2 - 2 cups unsweetened milk of choice
  7. 1 tbsp flax seed meal (ground flax seeds)

Instructions

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk (or water) to thin.
  2. Serve with ice.
