Ingredients

  1. One Mango 
  2. 1/2 cup of plain lowfat yogurt
  3. 1 Tbsp honey
  4. 1/2 cup of cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine cut up mango, yogurt, honey and water (or ice) in a blender. Blend until smooth
  2. Serve chilled.
