Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup boiling water                                       
  2. 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder                     
  3. 1 cup skimmed/almond milk                          
  4. 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Blend boiling water with matcha powder in a blender until foamy.
  2. Heat milk with honey until almost boiling. Vigorously whisk the milk until frothy.
  3. Pour the milk into a mug, then pour in the matcha mix.
