Orange Iced Tea

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup loose black tea                           
  2. Peel of 1 orange
  3. Orange wedges                                                            
  4. 4 cups boiling water                                         
  5. 1/2 cup orange juice
  6. 2 tbsp cup honey                                                    
  7. 4 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. Steep loose tea in simmering water for  3 minutes. Strain the tea and pour into a large pitcher.
  2. Stir in orange juice and honey until the honey is dissolved. Add cold water.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  4. Serve over ice.
