Ingredients

  1. 1 tsp. Turmeric
  2. 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  3. 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  4. 1 whole lemon, squeezed
  5. 1 tsp. Grated Ginger
  6. Optional: 1 tsp. Honey
  7. 1 glass of water

Instructions

1. Bring the glass of water to a boil

2. Turn of the heat and add all the ingredients

3. Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes

4. Strain and serve
