Chicken & Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  1.  450 g chicken-minced
  2. 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  3. 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  4. 6 basil leaves
  5. 3 Tablespoons hoisen sauce
  6. 3 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  7. 1 teaspoon ginger
  8. 1 Tablespoon  soy sauce
  9. 2 teaspoons garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat thet sesame oil in a large sauce pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, mushrooms, and basil leaves. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the marinade sauce by mixing together hoisen sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce,  garlic, ginger. Pour the marinade on top of ground chicken and mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Once oil is heated, pour chicken mixture onto pan and sauté for about 8-10 minutes, or until chicken is almost cooked. 
  5. Arrange lettuce wraps by placing chicken mixture inside.
