Grilled Fish in Lemon Butter

  1. 250 g Sole fish
  2. 20 ml Olive Oil
  3. 5 g Yellow mustard
  4. 25 g Butter salted
  5. 25 g Fresh cream
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper
  8. 15 g carrots
  9. 15 g broccoli
  10. 15 g zucchini
  11. 15 g babycorn
  12. 15 g mushroom
  13. 1/2 tsp Lemon juice


  1. In a bowl, combine the garlic, butter, parsley, salt, pepper, lemon juice and red chilli flakes together. Mix this well.
  2. Place the fish fillets in this mixture. Rub the fish fillets with the spices properly. Cover or seal and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F remember to keep the oven on grill mode
  4. Place the fish on grill racked with foil. Brush little vegetable oil over the fish. Place the rack on the top section of the preheated oven.
  5. Grill 10 minutes per side or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
  6. Melt the butter in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Bring it to boil. Cook and stir about 10 minutes, until thickened.
  7. Pour the sauce over the grilled fish fillets, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves or cilantro and serve with steamed vegetables.
