Lemon Grilled Chicken

  1. Juice of 1/2 large lemon
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  4. 1 1/4 sea salt
  5. 2 chicken breasts


  1. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, yogurt and sea salt and stir.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and stir so that the chicken is covered in the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Shake off extra marinade on the chicken and place on grill, cooking 6-8 minutes per side, until chicken in no longer pink. Season with black pepper and salt, to taste.
