Lightened Up Chicken Wings

  1. 500 g Chicken Wings and Drumsticks
  2. 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
  3. 1/2 tbsp each of: Garlic Powder, Coriander, Ginger, Cumin
  4. Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Rinse and dry chicken, then trim off the fat.
  2. Fill a pot with water and place the chicken wings inside.Boil for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, put remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Set grill to high.
  5. Once chicken is done,drain the water and add the chicken to spice mixture.
  6. Shake until all wings are fully covered with marinade.
  7. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side until skin starts to crisp.
