Quick Gluten Free Pasta

Ingredients

  1. 30 g Quinoa Pasta
  2. 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  3. 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
  4. 4-6 Garlic Colves, Chopped
  5. 1 tbsp. Basil Leaves, Chopped
  6. 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  7. 20-30 g. Fresh Cheese, Grated

Instructions

Cook the quinoa pasta as instructed and set aside.

On a low flame heat some olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and basil and saute. 

Throw in the chopped vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta and mix well.

Finally, season with salt and pepper as well as grated cheese.

Serve hot.
