Roasted Mushrooms with Garlic & Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  1. 500 g mushrooms
  2. 4 cloves garlic minced
  3. 2 tbsp. olive oil
  4. 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  5. 1 tsp fresh thyme minced
  6. salt and pepper to taste
  7. Parsely, fresh

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius, and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2. Trim the mushrooms

3. Toss the mushrooms with garlic, oil, vinegar, thyme and salt and pepper. Spread out on baking sheet.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing about halfway through.

5. Optional: sprinkle with fresh minced parsley before serving.
