1. Bring a small pot of water to boil. Add the rice noodles and cook for 6-8 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a large saute pan. Add the garlic; saute 1-2 minutes Add the noodles and toss for just a few seconds.
3. Add the soy sauce, broth, and red pepper flakes and mix well. Stir in the edamame.
4. Add tofu/chicken for protein!
