Spinach & Corn Patty

Ingredients

  1. 2 Carrots
  2. 400 g Spinach 
  3. 1 Onion, chopped
  4. 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  5. 1/2 cup Corn
  6. 1.5 cups Milk 
  7. 30 g Gram Flour (Besan)
  8. 1 Egg
  9. 1 tsp. Chopped Garlic

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a pan,  add chopped garlic, chopped onion, salt, gram flour and saute for a couple of minutes.

Add corn, cook it for 4-5 minutes, add milk, spinach, carrot, egg, mix this cook it on slow flame then transfer it in to another bowl.

The mixture should be thick and dough like.

Form round fritters and press them down flat on a non stick pan.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
