Sweet & Spicy Chicken

  1. 100 g Chicken Cubes 
  2. 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  3. 1/2 red bell pepper
  4. 4 tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  5. 6 garlic cloves, minced
  6. 1 red chilli, diced
  7. Cooking Spray
  8. 4 tbsp. Tomato Puree
  9. 1 egg yolk
  10. 3 tbsp. Oat flour


  1. Take two small bowls. In one beat an egg yolk, in the other place the oat flour. Take a chicken cube, dip it in the yolk and then the oat flour and cover evenly. Repeat with the other pieces as well.
  2. Now heat a pan, over a medium flame and spray the cooking spray (or alternately use sesame oil). Place the chicken pieces and cook on both sides, for 5-6 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink on the inside.
  3. Now add the bell peppers, cook for two minutes and set the chicken and veggies aside. In the same pan heat some cooking spray, add the garlic cloves and diced chillis and saute for a minute.
  4. Now add the soy sauce and tomato puree, mix well. Finally, mix in the chicken and veggies. Cover well with the sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for some crunch.
